Job Title: Admin/Receptionist

Location: Denver, CO 80202

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Admin/Receptionist with a background in switchboard operations, particularly in a law firm or legal environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong MS Office Suite skills, excellent customer service abilities, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line switchboard system.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain and organize reception area and conference rooms.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, including scheduling conference rooms.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner.
  • Handle inquiries and requests from clients and staff promptly and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three (3) years of related business experience preferred.
  • Strong preference for experience in switchboard operations, particularly in a law firm or legal environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
