Responsibilities
- Create Insurance Estimates: Generate accurate insurance quotes for clients.
- Client Relationships: Build and sustain relationships with clients, ensuring necessary follow-up.
- Client Support: Deliver timely, accurate, and friendly support to clients. This includes responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work Ethic: Uphold a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to success.
- Sales Opportunities: Identify and develop sales opportunities with both existing and new clients.
- Customer Education: Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Requirements
- Preferred but not mandatory: State of CO: Property & Casualty, Life, and Health
- Prior experience in insurance is a plus, but not a necessity.
- Must be people-centric.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must have a positive attitude and belief in the importance of insurance and financial products in peoples lives.
- Demonstrated history of reliability, ethical conduct, and dependability.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
