Service Technician Responsibilities:

• Efficiently perform repair work as specified on the repair order, adhering to dealership standards.
• Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test vehicle components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems according to manufacturer specifications.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional service needs.
• Provide parts lists for recommended repairs and execute repairs to manufacturer specifications.

Service Technician Requirements:

• Previous experience as an auto technician in a dealership setting.
• Proficiency in operating shop equipment, including wheel and tire equipment, alignment systems, diagnostic tools, and AC equipment.
• Experience working on Subaru's or other import brands preferred.
• Dedication to learning and career progression.
• Strong desire to succeed and contribute positively to a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Valid driver’s license.
