Job Description:
The Inside Salesperson is responsible for maintaining/building a customer base in the territory and selling the full line of Kubota Equipment and Duetz Fahr Large Tractors line.
Responsibilities:
• Locate new prospects and determine how the company can best meet their needs
• Present to prospects the benefits of our equipment and our company
• Maintain data on new contracts & Document calls made to customers
• Develop good working relationships with customers
• Expedite resolution of technical and customer issues
• Attend industry exhibits, demonstrations and meetings
• Monitor new products developed by our manufacturers and competitors
• Advise manager of all changes in territory which can affect company success
• Verify equipment is delivered as ordered and in a timely manner
• Work closely with Credit Manager to resolve credit/payment issues
Education/Experience/Skill:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in Turf and Tractor sales preferred
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to communicate in written format clearly and concisely
• Excellent customer service skills
