Ready Mix Dispatcher

Desert Ready Mix is a well-established company in Arizona. We have been open since 2014. We are looking for a dispatcher for our Nevada location, with great work ethic and a friendly attitude.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop positive relationships with drivers and customers.

• Assist with inbound customer and driver calls.

• Enter customer orders/job accurately and timely into dispatch system.

• Coordinate daily logistic of the shipping points, mixer drivers, and delivery points.

• Assure special instructions and/or site-specific requirements are accurately recorded.

• Communicate information to supervisors, drivers, and/or customers via messaging, telephone, and internal dispatching system.

• Assist with schedules as needed throughout the day.

• Customer Service follow-up as needed.

• Schedule: Monday-Friday w/ a rotating weekend schedule

• Perform other duties as assigned by management team.

Qualifications:

• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.

• Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams with strong interpersonal skills.

• Background in logistic.
