About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and highly proficient Vice President of Finance (VP-Finance). The role involves establishing financial controls and protocols to meet our operational and reporting needs, direct oversight of financial department personnel, and the ability to lead financial initiatives while cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders.

Objectives of this Role:

• Lead and manage the finance and accounting teams, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including U.S. GAAP
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors
• Monitor and manage cash flow, financial risks, and investment activities
• Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
• Lead the development and refinement of financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency
• Conduct financial analyses and provide ad-hoc reporting as required

About You

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred, or equivalent experience
• Finance experience in a senior leadership role
• Demonstrated experience with financial strategy, planning, and analysis
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and regulatory compliance
• High proficiency with financial systems; advanced Excel skills are a must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Capacity to thrive under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
• Experience with NetSuite or similar enterprise reporting systems is preferred
