Job Summary: The Parts Sales associate is responsible for customer service and retail, wholesale and service dept sales. In this position, your responsibilities include selling parts and taking inventory of stock in storage and, if necessary, on shelves.

 

Parts Sales associate Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive Pay
  • 2 shifts available
  • 7:00 am-4:30 pm
  • 8:30 pm-6:00 pm
  • Every other Saturday 7:00 am- 3:00 pm staggered 
  • Lunch provided on Saturdays
  • Health, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance available
  • 401(K)

Parts Sales associate Responsibilities:

  • Utilize electronic parts catalog to identify correct part and dealer management system to price, locate and sell parts.
  • Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
  • Complete special order part request for the customer
  • Communicate with customer on parts status
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry

Parts sales associate Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Driver License
  • Experience with auto parts sales (preferred not required)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented, have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
