Punch Technician

Blue Roc Premier is actively searching for a Two (2) seasoned Punch Technician to become a valuable addition to our Tampa team. We prioritize the growth and development of our staff, offering an outstanding training program aimed at cultivating strong leadership abilities in you.

You will work closely with our Resident Service Director as well as other service teams to ensure that our community operates smoothly and according to safety standards.

Your daily job:

  • Must have Electrical experience
  • Plumbing knowledge
  • Light Construction skills
  • Experience with drywall installation and repair
  • Able to install exterior fixtures and finishes
  • Experienced installing interior items fans, blinds, and other renovation items for apartment units.
  • Light painting may be required
  • Will ensure quality finish of final units
  • Will manage a clean and safe work area.
  • Must communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
  • HVAC certification a must

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying items as needed.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Bilingual a plus
