SUMMARY

Our information technology team is seeking a Programmer Analyst to maintain business operations by providing application support and testing during software implementations and conversions and offering ongoing customer assistance.


This is a hybrid role/working environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, implement, maintain, and support ERP system and corresponding data, programs and integrations.

Provide ERP functional expertise for Data Management, Warehouse/Inventory Management, Accounting, Finance, and Sales.

Perform ETL data imports, exports, and modifications.

Develop reporting solutions utilizing various reporting tools; recommend database design, development and support.

Perform ongoing maintenance and review of applications systems and programs.

Participate in all levels of testing including individual unit testing, integration, and user acceptance testing.

Provide technical assistance by responding to inquiries regarding errors, problems, or questions about programs.

Train end users or technical support staff to use programs.

Participate in management meetings and provide updates regarding IT business development projects.

Occasional overnight travel may be required (less than 10%).

React positively to change.

Performs other duties as requested.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or related field and/or equivalent education or experience in job-related activities; 3+ years' experience in a manufacturing work environment desired.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Proven experience with Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, VB.Net, C# and other programming languages.
  • Proven experience analyzing, optimizing, and administrating the ERP system; Epicor ERP development experience including .Net forms customizations, BAQs, and BPMs preferred
  • Good diagnostic and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Able to accept accountability for own actions and business results.
  • Demonstrate initiative, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Participate in video calls/team meetings via web camera.
  • Reliable attendance is necessary.
