We're searching for a Social Media Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about relevant social media creation, organized, and adept at content creation and strategy. You'll play a vital role in shaping our brand's online presence, fostering engagement, and driving brand awareness and sales.


Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a 15-day social media calendar for Marcus's approval, aligning with brand objectives.

● Film, shoot, and edit on trend content for social media platforms.

● Post daily across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook with a strategic approach.

● Collaborate with the production team to incorporate on-trend concepts and strategies into our content.

● Infuse personality into our social media presence, transitioning Marcus out gradually while resonating with our audience.

● Drive engagement and lead followers through the end-of-funnel journey to purchasing.

● Contribute to making the brand more appealing to females by infusing content with relevant themes.

● Reply to all comments and DMs daily at 10 AM.

● Collaborate with affiliate programs and execute influencer campaigns.


Qualifications:

● Proven experience in social media content creation and strategy.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms and their engagement mechanisms.

● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

● Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.

● Familiarity with affiliate marketing and influencer partnerships is a plus.


Additional Qualities:

● iPhone Video-first mindset - experience with Cap Cut and other mobile creation techniques.

● Familiarity with Portland and commitment to staying.

● Self-starter with confidence and willingness to take risks.

● Awareness of current trends and market dynamics.
