Dayforce Techno-Functional Consultant

Marietta area (Offices are near the Battery/Truist Park)

We are seeking a proficient and dynamic Dayforce Techno-Functional Specialist who is available immediately for a consulting engagement with a large enterprise client who has recently completed an implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for Dayforce-related technical and functional queries.
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to decipher business requirements and translate them into effective Dayforce system configurations.
• Thoroughly review all interfaces and data transfers, identifying and proactively recommending solutions for any design or technical gaps.
• Customize and configure Dayforce modules in alignment with business needs to ensure the system's optimal performance.
• Provide technical support for Dayforce-related issues, collaborating with IT teams to swiftly resolve problems.
• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and user training sessions as necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven track record in a Dayforce Techno-Functional Specialist or similar role.
• Deep expertise in Dayforce HCM modules, configurations, and integration capabilities.
• Strong comprehension of HR and Payroll processes, aligning system configurations with business needs.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Certification in Dayforce HCM is a big plus.
