The Branch Concierge helps the flow of members coming into the branch. Providing support to tellers and other associates with various functions of day-to-day operations. This position will drive unparalleled member satisfaction, net promoter score (NPS), member retention, cultivate a culture of excellence, and contribute to the overall success and reputation of the organization.

Blaze is currently offering a bonus for DNA experience for $5,500 paid over a 2 year period, and $2,000 for Non-DNA experience paid over a 1 year period for all branch and member experience center positions.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

Assist in greeting members and helping with their basic needs including but not limited to

  • Interactive teller machines
  • Performing bill swaps and obtaining rolled coin
  • Help members sign for and obtain preprinted debit cards, check orders
  • Appointment scheduling

Lobby stocking and organization

  • Compile membership packets and stock lobby supplies as needed
  • Monitor office supplies for reordering

Assist other Blaze associates and vendors

Other Duties

  • Comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control
  • Exhibit Blaze’s 5A culture – Ambassador, Achievement, Ambition, Ability and Attitude?
  • Regular and predictable attendance
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support effective department operation
