Herres Dental is looking to hire an excellent dental hygienist to join our amazing team For the right Hygienist, this is a dream opportunity with the ability to immediately enter into a full-time position with an already very robust and highly productive practice environment and a flexible lifestyle schedule.

The office is a fee for service and PPO participant. No Medicaid. Privately owned office NOT a DSO.

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate would support our office vision, provide excellent dental care to our patients, and be a oral hygiene leader for the office. We are looking for someone who has the highest standards of dental practice and ethics and who is continuously looking to learn and grow their skills.

Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Excellent clinical skills

- Knowledge of technology to provide the best clinical outcomes – experience with CEREC, CBCT, and 3D printing is valuable

- Patient management skills

- Good organizational skills

- Ability to build strong relationships

- High standards of customer service

- Team-oriented attitude and good interpersonal skills

- Self-directed growth and learning

Requirements:

- Current dental hygiene license in Pennsylvania.

- Previous experience a bonus

- up to 4 days per week with opportunity for growth based on your goals

- Encouraging and fun work environment

- Well-established practice in the community with a growing patient base

- Technology-based practice that is always working to evolve and provide the best care for our patients

- Network with community professionals and form lasting relationships

Pay: $38-$42 per hour

Additional daily team bonus opportunity.

5K Sign on bonus for full time position

$2500 at the completion of 3 months

$2500 at the completion of 6 months
