As a Test Cell Technician (also known as Test Technician, Quality Control Technician), you'll be instrumental in the assembly and functional testing of rotary screw and centrifugal air compressor packages. This includes using software programs for test control, analyzing test data, assembling and installing required electrical supply cabling, troubleshooting, and repairing or replacing hardware due to test failures. You'll also be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, assembly instructions, and quality control documents.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 2+ years of testing experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, or similar environment.
  • Ability to work all required shift hours, overtime and/or weekends as needed, and perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, lifting, bending, and maneuvering in tight spaces.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and electrical wiring diagrams, and using correct tooling and equipment to perform tasks to engineering specifications.
