Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Oversight: Lead and inspire our nursing team to provide exceptional care to our residents.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic well-being.
  • Set high standards for nursing practice and maintain compliance with healthcare policies.
  • Clinical Excellence: Evaluate and direct all nursing employees, ensuring quality care delivery.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices to enhance resident outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) License: Must hold a valid RN license in Ohio.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of nursing leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in managing clinical operations.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive work environment.
