Role: Field Operations Manager + Scheduler

Location: Bellmawr, NJ 08031

Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site/In the field

Salary Expectations: $65K

An Addison Group client is looking for a Field Operations Manager + Scheduler to join their team in South New Jersey. This is a fully on-site opportunity.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize nightly tasks with Area Managers
  • Collaborate on plans for open buildings and call-outs
  • Occassional duties to cover for area leaders or service partners
  • Understanding of companys process that will often times require active involvement in day to day operations
  • Develop daily plans aligned with short and medium-term goals
  • Work with Area Managers to make sure all accounts are covered
  • Assist in planning for the next day's operations
  • Conduct weekly walkthroughs of major accounts
  • Audit equipment and supplies for functionality
  • Assist in monthly audits and resolution of issues
  • Collaborate with managers/supervisors to address audit findings and customer concerns
  • Engage with employees and recognize talent
  • Assist in recruiting and interviewing
  • Support HR in filling open positions
  • Implement progressive disciplinary actions as needed
  • Assist in new account start-up process
  • Handle supply ordering, delivery, and training
  • Conduct site visits for new accounts
  • Manage account consumables process and needs
  • Ensure accounts have necessary equipment and supplies
  • Coordinate with Warehouse Manager for supply order issues
  • Oversee time records, discrepancies, and call-outs
  • Review missed punch logs and address issues
  • Ensure accuracy of timekeeping data and nightly clock-ins
  • Assist in incident investigations and reporting
  • Conduct safety inspections and report issues
  • Prioritize safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Google Suite experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to lift 35+ lbs and carry 20+ lbs
  • Humilty and willingness to listen and learn from others no matter their status within the company
  • Work schedule will vary to meet business needs, including nights and weekends
  • Role includes - walking, standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling and crouching
  • Must be willing to work in damp, dusty and soiled areas
