Job DescriptionJob Description Machinist will have a good general knowledge in all areas of machine processes in a shop environment with a minimum of 2 years’ experience with CNC programing knowledge. Must be able to read, comprehend and interpret blueprints, drawings, etc.


Required

  • 18 years or older
  • 2 year degree in Machine Tool Technology or equivalent experience
  • Safety Oriented
  • Experience with machining processes
  • Experience using measuring tools
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision after training
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Team player

Preferred

  • 3 years of experience with CNC machines
  • 3 years of experience with programing
  • Experience in an industrial job shop
  • OSHA safety training

Special Demands

  • Lift or carry 75lbs
