Essential Duties:

  1.  Network Ninja: You’ll weave a web of connections, tapping into your vast network to source top-notch candidates. Job fairs, recruiting strategies, and coffee chats—nothing’s off the table
  2.  Relationship Builder: Forge bonds with corporate recruiters, college, university, and community college placement offices. They’re not just offices; they’re treasure troves of talent waiting to be discovered.
  3.  Diversity Dynamo: Diversity isn’t just a buzzword—it’s our superpower. You’ll craft a recruiting plan that celebrates uniqueness and brings fresh perspectives to the table.
  4.  Ad Architect: Your ads won’t be snoozefests. They’ll be magnetic, pulling in active and passive candidates from all corners of the web. Think LinkedIn, think personal networks, think everywhere
  5.  Sourcing Sorcerer: You’ll evaluate candidate sources like a pro. Web resumes, company connections, and hidden gems—nothing escapes your eagle eye.

Qualifications:

  •  Laser Focus: You know how to ask the right questions, uncover hidden talents, and match candidates to requisitions like a puzzle master.
  •  Sourcing Savvy: Whether it’s LinkedIn, job boards, or carrier pigeons (okay, maybe not pigeons), you’ve got the sourcing game down pat.
  •  Web Whisperer: The internet is your playground. You’ll find candidates where others see cat memes (although we love those too).


Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate degree in business administration or related field or 3-5 years recruiting experience required preferably in Field Sales or College Recruiting, or the equivalent in combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of business office operations, of filing and administrative clerical operations.
  • Able to read, write, and fluently speak English.
  • Demonstrates flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment and random drug test.
  • Consistently reports to work on time prepared to perform duties of position.
