This is how you will grow:

  • Take Full ownership of the entire Manufacturing Process Lifecycle from inception through to operationalization
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver manufacturing programs that meet quality and industrial performance.
  • Demonstrate advanced skills in program management, including scope and management, schedule management, budget oversight, and milestone reporting
  • Apply extensive experience and expertise in problem solving methodologies to address commissioning & bring product to production
  • Lead the implementation of corrective actions for continuous improvement
  • Effectively manage and lead cross functional teams, fostering collaboration and synergy
  • Bring wealth of experience in successful managing programs associated with high volume manufacturing
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and output in a high volume production environment
Requirements:

This is how you will take us forward:

  • 3 plus years of similar experience as a Manufacturing Engineer
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field
  • Experience in different stages of the battery process is preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Minitab, CAD, and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge and experience in quality tools such as DOE, FMEA, and 8D.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
