What You’ll Do:

  • Project Management: Assist in managing site infrastructure contracting projects.
  • On-Site Supervision: Oversee construction activities to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Bidding & Negotiation: Help in bidding, negotiating, and securing new projects.
  • Contract Administration: Handle contract and subcontract administration.
  • Cost Tracking: Keep a close eye on job costs.
  • Scheduling: Generate and manage project schedules.
  • Quantity Take-Offs: Conduct quantity take-offs using Adobe, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, and Carlson Takeoff.
  • Estimating: Support the estimating team with task production determinations for bid submissions.
  • Bid Submittals: Assemble and deliver bid submittals.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in the construction industry. Prior experience in site infrastructure construction is a plus.
  • Education: Construction Management degree is a plus.
  • Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, HCSS software, or other bidding/management software is a plus.
  • Attributes: Strong communication and organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to work in the field. Ability to juggle multiple major activities at once.
