This position will be responsible for providing a safe environment to swim while providing outstanding customer service at The Atlantic Club Red Bank.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain constant watch of the water and pool area
  • Enforce rules and procedures
  • Keep pool and pool area clean and safe
  • Help record/maintain pool chemical readings
  • Quickly perform and demonstrate emergency procedures
Expectations:
  • Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health Clubs. Atlantic Club Red Bank
  • Engage in actions that positively impact the member experience
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries
Job Requirements:
  • Lifeguard Certification- We will provide certification assistance for the right candidate
  • Available to work day time shifts and weekends
  • Must hold current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work well with others
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
