Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTemporary Bilingual Receptionist Pay Rate: $16 an hourLocation: Houston, TX 77006Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 2:00pm A non-profit organization is seeking a Temporary Bilingual Receptionist to join their team. With your strong attention to detail and time management skills, you will strengthen a dynamic environment as you perform various clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.   • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Preform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with all necessary materials.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
List Qualification or Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • One year of office work experience is required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong communication and confidentiality is required.
