Jr. Recruiter

Sobieski Enterprises, Inc. in Newark, DE is seeking to hire a full-time Jr. Recruiter to attract, screen, select, and onboard highly qualified personnel to support growth for our company. This role will involve a significant focus on the administrative process required to recruit and bring new hires on board. This position is highly visible and will require some travel to Southern Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. Field Recruiting Support - Develop creative, strategic, recruitment plans using social media campaigns, professional and college based recruiting sites and events, advanced internet techniques and networking with internal and external resources. Jr. RECRUITER QUALIFICATIONS

· Bilingual Preferred

· Advanced Degree preferred

· Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in Recruiting or HR role

· Flexibility with schedule

· Professional, friendly, out-going

· Innovative way of thinking/Problem Solving

· Ability to communicate both written and verbal

· Ability to travel based upon needs of the organization and locations supported
