As a Recognition Programs & Reports Specialist at SeneGence, you will play an integral role in the administration and enhancement of our recognition programs. This position demands a deep understanding of SeneGence's recognition initiatives and involves daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and fulfillment. You will work closely with leadership and various stakeholders to ensure the seamless and consistent execution of recognition efforts. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting and Analysis

  • Generate, validate, and distribute reports for monthly publications, events, incentives, forums, and recognition ordering. 
  • Create monthly program reports detailing on-track and achievement metrics for the Executive team. 
  • Provide necessary reports and projections to the Global Events department for events and incentive trips. 
  • Offer insights and data analysis on sales and recognition trends as scheduled or upon request. 
  • Work with Global Events to report qualified Distributors for SeneGence events and provide insights on projected attendance for special and invitation-only events. 
  • Collaborate with Events, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to enhance Distributor-facing achievement and on-track reports. 
  • Work with IT, Sales, and Recognition teams to coordinate validation and QA testing for new reports and programs. 

Customer Service and Collaboration 

  • Develop professional relationships with Distributors and manage the Recognition email inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. 
  • Partner with international markets to ensure effective recognition program fulfillment. 

Program Management 

  • Anticipate and analyze potential reporting or program issues, providing forward-thinking solutions to preemptively address challenges and optimize program effectiveness.  
  • Handle all rank advancements and associated fulfillment processes. 
  • Lead the selection of recognition gifts and coordinate with vendors to procure items for conferences, incentives, and programs. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Recognition department, ensuring global scalability and continuous improvement. 
  • Track nominations for the Ms. SeneSynergy and Make It Mine programs. 
  • Compile and submit monthly lists of Tier 1 and Tier 2 qualified and approved SeneCar drivers to Accounting for payment processing. 
  • Maintain and update ManaGence Agreements, SeneCar Program documents, fulfillment forms, incentive trip policies, and other official agreements and program-related documents. 

Additional Responsibilities 

  • Undertake other duties as required by business need.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR POSITION: 

  • College degree in a related field (e.g., project management, analytics, and/or business)  
  • At least 5 years of experience managing programs and/or projects. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to read and analyze reports. 
  • Ability to stay positive and focused in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced knowledge and experience using MicroSoft Excel. 
  • Attending or travel to SeneGence events as needed (approximately 15% of the time). 
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working well with other departments and international teams. 
  • Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods. 
  • Consistent and regular attendance is expected. 

CERTIFICATES/LICENSES REQUIRED FOR ROLE: 

  • Possession of a valid passport (or ability to obtain one). 
  • Direct sales/MLM experience is a plus. 
  • Knowledge of competitive marketplace, online space, and SeneGence. 

  

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:   

Physical requirements include arm and hand steadiness and finger dexterity enough to use a keyboard and telephone; occasional lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds; may be subject to walking, standing, sitting, reaching, bending, and handling; and vision, speech, and hearing sufficient to perform the essential tasks.  Must be willing and able to work the hours necessary to accomplish the job requirements including working irregular hours to attend evening and/or weekend events, meetings and/or seminars. Position is subject to additional working hours above forty-hour work week. 

WORKING CONDITIONS:   

Working environment is primarily indoors in an office setting and occasionally outdoors for special events; with additional travel to facilitate corporate sponsored events locally, domestically, and occasionally internationally. Requires some evening and possible weekend hours and requires use of telephone and other office equipment.
