What you'll be doing
The HR Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the human resources function within the organization. This position involves a wide range of responsibilities related to employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, administration of day-to-day operations, and HR policies and reports to the VP of HR.

You will be responsible for...
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining a positive work environment.
- Administrative functions related to all employee benefits programs to include enrollment, change reporting, invoice reconciliation
- Maintain company organizational charts
- Manage Harassment Training Program
- Monitor PTO and Accrual Processing
- Update and create HR related forms as needed
- Maintain payroll records
- Assist with execution and tracking of performance management system
- Administer the Service Award and Recognition Programs
- Manage Employee and Job Referral Programs
- Other duties, as assigned, on an as needed basis

What skills & experience you'll bring to us
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equal experience
- 2-4 years of experience in HR roles (generalist or specialist).
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software.
