Apprentice Electrician

As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the guidance and supervision of experienced electricians to learn and develop your skills in the electrical trade. This is a paid position that offers valuable hands-on experience and the opportunity for career growth in the electrical industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Learn to interpret and follow electrical plans, schematics, and blueprints
- Assist with the installation of wiring, fixtures, and equipment
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs on electrical systems
- Learn to use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to electrical codes and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Familiarity with high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience or training in industrial or commercial electrical work is a plus
- Basic knowledge of build and frame carpentry is preferred
