Utility Worker

**Job Summary:**
As a Utility Worker, you will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the operations of a facility or organization. This may include cleaning and maintaining equipment, ensuring the cleanliness of work areas, and assisting with general maintenance tasks.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures.

**Responsibilities:**
- Clean and maintain equipment and work areas.
- Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, landscaping, and minor repairs.
- Handle basic repairs and maintenance of equipment.
- Dispose of waste materials according to company guidelines.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Stamina to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions.

**Schedule:**
- This is a full-time position with the possibility of overtime hours as needed. Potential for evening or weekend shifts may be required.
