We are looking for a Lead Residential HVAC Installer with advanced experience in installation and enjoys training others to join our team Someone who shares our values of customer service and is looking to grow their career in the HVAC industry. We offer full-time, year-round work with overtime availability, and continuous technical training, including NATE Certifications and dealer training.
Job Title: Lead Residential HVAC Installer
Work Hours: Monday thru Thursday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Fridays, 8:00am to 2:00pm.
Pay Scale: $34.00/hr.- $45.00/hr.- Depending on Experience

Primary Job Function: To install a variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems; offering the customer a high-quality experience. Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high-quality and timely job performance.
Qualifications:
- 2 + years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- EPA Universal Certification
- Sheetmetal License
- Lead experienced desired
- Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
- Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
- Ability to follow blueprints and understand technical instructions
- Proficient in installing Refrigeration Pipe
- Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, Heat Pumps, Geo Thermal, Radiant Heat, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
- Organized with good communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to attended training classes and seminar including NATE Certifications
- Exceptional safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Certification in HVAC from a Trade School - Desired
