Position:
- Full-time
- Virtual
Responsibilities:
- Manage all actions related to the property acquisitions sales process.
- Attend scheduled appointments to make cash offers on properties.
- Make necessary calls to prospects to qualify seller motivations and schedule appointments.
- Attend a minimum of four motivated seller appointments daily.
- Allocate one hour daily to follow up on old leads or prospect new leads.
- If daily appointments fall below the target, dedicate two additional hours to lead generation.
- Convert 10% of acquisition appointments into signed contracts, with a target of securing 1.5 contracts per week.
- Ensure six contracts are secured monthly to meet unit goals.
- Participate in two hours of weekly sales training, scripting, and roleplay sessions.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- A minimum of two years of sales experience.
- Real estate sales experience would be preferred or some experience learning a sales system (eg. Solar)
- Experience working on the phones, whether this experience is from real-estate sales or another type of sales.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly with potential clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- High level of resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
- Excellent work ethic.
Compensation:
- $3000 Per Month + 3% commission during training period, after training period it moves to commission only (10%)
- At plan expected first year earnings $100,0000
