HR Generalist/Safety Champion

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist/Safety Champion to join our team at our facility in Export, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership, people management, recruiting, and training experience.
Responsibilities- Lead and manage HR functions within the organization
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and champion a culture of safety
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new employees
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies
- Assist with Safety recordkeeping, Worker's Comp administration and Safety Training.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in leadership and people management
- Previous recruiting and training experience
- Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures
