We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our warehouse.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Essential Duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including, receiving, storing, and distributing parts and accessories;
  • Lead and supervise a team of warehouse employees;
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and ensure inventory levels meet the demands of the business;
  • Coordinate with service and parts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts and accessories;
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement efficient warehouse procedures;
  • Maintains documentation and keeps accurate records of warehouse activities and schedules;
  • Receives parts and accessories off trucks and scans and checks equipment in;
  • Oversees, receiving/shipping/delivery of packages;
  • Turns in all paperwork and undelivered parts;
  • Advises parts manager if delivery trucks need major and/or repairs and maintenance;
  • Helps maintain the professional appearance of the parts department;
  • Operate forklift to load/unload product when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 3-5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a truck dealership or automotive parts setting.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Requires lifting/carrying up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 130 lbs. occasionally. Must be able to push/pull a force up to 120 lbs. during the normal course of the workday. Must be able to climb up and down steps to reach for, pull out and carry parts from warehouse shelving.

Requires standing, bending, stretching, stooping, crouching, reaching and manipulating a computer keyboard; heavy lifting. Requires the use of both hands.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor weather conditions, cold and heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
