New Account/Credit Processor

West Palm Beach, FL

Palmdale currently operates in more than 50 counties across Florida and provides a wide range of tailored commercial fuel and lubricant solutions to customers in the agricultural, industrial, construction, marine, and government sectors. Operating out of 15 locations statewide, the company is a leader in the industry in the procurement and sale of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, commercial and industrial lubricants, and chemicals that are used across a diverse set of end markets.

We have an immediate opening for a New Account/Credit Processor in our Palm Beach Gardens location. We are seeking a passionate, hard-working professional with a solid background in new order/credit processing and a desire to work for a dynamically growing, fast-paced corporate organization. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves" attitude.

Job Responsibilities

  • New customer account(s) set-up and credit application processing through our online software program Bechtran.
  • Account set up for COD, Credit Card, and ACH payment terms.
  • Coordination and follow-up with sales and clients.
  • Approved account set up into Factor software
  • Adhoc Reporting and Projects
  • Ongoing Account Maintenance:
  • Set up alternative fuel/lube accounts in Factor and SKB systems
  • Update Pricing
  • Add/Remove Client Tax Classes
  • Submit and process Construction accounts NoticeTo Owners (NTO) documents
  • Process Lien Releases
  • Update Invoice email addresses
  • Update Account PO numbers
  • General Finance/Accounting Departmental Support:
  • Calls to Clients
  • Account Reconciliations
  • Back Up Support

Job Requirements

  • 4 Year College Degree preferred
  • Exceptional Customer Service Skills
  • Extremely Detailed Oriented
  • Self-motivating while having a team synergy
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite (excel and word)
  • Positive and Professional Demeanor
