Currently we are seeking a Pulse Welder to join our team and be an essential part of our manufacturing team. This person will use a pulse welder to assemble fabricated metal assemblies in an efficient manner to maximize production of a variety of garbage truck models. We are currently offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus

Your Role in Our Mission:

  • Use pulse welder to assemble fabricated metal assemblies.
  • Produce strong penetrated welds that are smooth, non-porous, and consistent.
  • Follow the required procedures and use appropriate jigs and fixtures to assist in the assembly process.
  • Weld vertical, flat, and overhead with good penetration.
  • Maintain/produce a level of output that will minimize production delays.
  • Operate equipment in a safe manner and report hazards associated with the equipment or its operation to the appropriate personnel.
To Perform this Job Successfully:

  • 1 year of experience in welding or fabrication preferred.
  • Good communication skills
  • Math skills including fractions and angles.
  • Ability to read a tape measurer and angle finder.
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and cut lists.
  • Maintain a positive sense of teamwork, including the ability to maintain regular attendance.
