Role Title: Inventory Coordinator
Department: Inventory
Shift: Day
Schedule: Primary Mon & Fri (12 hrs/week)
- Other days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays may be required to complete project deadlines on occasion
Compensation: Hourly, dependent on skills, education, credentials, and other factors
Benefits: Uniform, Pet, and Continued Education stipends available
The primary function of the Inventory Coordinator is to assist the Inventory Manager in the acquisition of hospital inventory and supplies needs, along with other tasks in the hospital. Additionally, the Inventory Coordinator is expected to promote professional growth through education and learning opportunities. This position will report directly to the Inventory Team Lead.

Customer, Inventory and Vendor Service

- You will answer phone calls, enter data into the electronic medical record platform, and be the primary contact for maintaining vendor relationships.
- You will function as a liaison between the client and the clinicians and technical teams, so it is vital to demonstrate patience, interpersonal communication skills, empathy, and compassion.
- You are comfortable and experienced with ordering supplies and consumables in a medical setting.
- Physical and electronic methods for inventory counts, rotating stock, and other responsibilities as directed by your department manager or director.
Continued Professional Development
- Skills can be taught. We value training and professional development. You will be provided with a minimum of 16 training shifts before you're set free to save lives. When you succeed, we all succeed.
- This is a non animal handling role. Although you will not physically be handling patients often, you will work closely alongside them while focusing efforts to providing the best client care and support possible to both clients and the referring community.
