Job Title: Accounts Payable / Receivable Clerk

Location: Leesburg FL.

Employment Type: Non-Exempt Part Time Hourly

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour

Hours: 24 Hours-Flexible


Job Description:

Receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices related to accounts payable. Generating accounts receivable invoices, receiving and processing payments.

Compensation:

$15 - $20 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Job cost accounts payable processing
  • Receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices related to accounts payable.
  • Maintaining historical records
  • Processing vendor payments and ensuring payment is received for outstanding credit
  • Vendor communications
  • Generating accounts receivable invoices, receiving and processing payments.
  • Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must pass a drug test
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of 2 years accounting and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Organizational skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Able to pay attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new computer software with ease
