SUMMARY


This position is under the direction of the General Manager of Paradise Bottled Water. The PBW Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a high level of engagement with potential clients, presenting products/services, closing deals, and other duties as necessary.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Generate and qualify leads
  • Source and develop client referrals
  • Prepare sales action plans and strategies
  • Schedule sales activity
  • Develop and maintain a customer database
  • Develop and maintain sales and promotional materials
  • Make sales calls to new and existing clients

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • N/A

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have excellent people skills and customer service ability.

 

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. CPR/First Aid desired.

 

PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Experience: Two years of full-time paid customer service or sales employment history preferred.

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must have excellent oral communication.

Speak, read, and write English. Spanish preferred. 

 

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts (addition, subtraction etc.)

 

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define simple problems, establish facts, and conclude.

 

SOFTWARE

Knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office are required.

Knowledge in QuickBooks, other Operating Software, or CRM Software preferred.

An intermediate skill with various computer programs and software is required.

Ability to operate office machinery including fax machine, copy machine, 10-key, etc.

SALARY STRUCTURE:

  1. Base Salary:

   - A fixed base wage of $20/hr.

Bonus Structure:

  1. Quarterly Performance Bonuses:

   - Achieving 100% of the quarterly target: $250 bonus.

   - Achieving 150% of the quarterly target: $500 bonus.

  1. New Client Acquisition Bonus:

   - $1000 bonus for each new client acquired that generates at least $50,000 in sales within the first year.
