Accepting local candidatesKey Responsibilities
  • Provide basic medical and nursing care, including administering medication, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
  • Assist in the evaluation of patients' needs and provide initial patient assessment.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians and registered nurses, to develop and adjust patient care plans.
  • Document patient health information and care provided accurately and timely.
  • Ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the patient care environment.
  • Observe and maintain infection control practices.
  • Participate in patient and family education.
  • Respond to emergency situations with appropriate nursing interventions.
  • Report any changes in patients' conditions to the supervising registered nurse or physician.
  • Contribute to maintaining regulatory compliance and standards of care.
Required Qualifications
  • Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
  • Current LPN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification.
  • Strong understanding of nursing principles and protocols.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping.
  • Experience in administering medications and performing basic nursing procedures.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of infection control standards and practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate respect for patients' rights and privacy.
  • Willingness to continue learning and adapt to new healthcare technologies and procedures.
  • Physical stamina and emotional resilience to handle the demands of the role.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in healthcare.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
