Purpose of Your Job Position:

The primary purpose of your job position is to provide a clean, sanitary, infection-free and attractive facility to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for residents, families, and all who enter Maple View.

Duties & Responsibilities; Not limited to

Housekeeping

  • Cleans common spaces and furnishings of facility.
  • Performs heavy cleaning duties when resident room is vacated and as per schedule as needed.
  • Reports needed repairs in furnishings and floor coverings to supervisor.

Laundry

  • Collects, treats, washes, dries, folds and distributes personal laundry according to service/care plan.
  • Keeps laundry rooms clean. Machines are kept clean and lint removed from dryer vents.
  • Personal laundry is washed separately for each resident.
  • Laundered items are returned to residents without losing items.
