· Bachelor's degree required.

· Proven experience (5-8 years) in datagovernance, management, or a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity

· Solid understanding and experience indata governance, data stewardship, data analysis preferably with experience CPGorganization with large-scale data or project management and data oversightexperience

· Experience managing a team of datagovernance professionals, including setting goals, providing feedback, andensuring high-quality work output along with the ability to empower and inspirea team

· Strong project management skills,including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage timelinesand budgets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

· In-depth knowledge of data governanceprinciples and best practices, including data quality, metadata management,data classification, and data lineage

· Experience working with cross-functionalteams to implement data governance initiatives, including collaborating withbusiness stakeholders, IT teams, and data owners.

· Experience implementing data governanceprograms and knowledge of applicable standard methodologies, concepts, bestpractices, and procedures.

· Experience with change management, aplus.

· A detailed understanding and hands onexperience preferred implementing data governance tools such as Informatica,Collibra, etc.

· Excellent organizational, verbal, andwritten communication skills

· A certain degree of creativity andlatitude is required as well as flexibility in job role and working hoursduring critical deliveries.

· A natural sense of urgency, initiative,and a positive team player philosophy to be reflected in daily work ethics.

· Demonstrable ability to influencestakeholders and gain acceptance from others, driving for consensus and change.

· Ability to work well in a matrixenvironment.

· Knowledge of Data Quality, Metadata,Lineage and MDM

· Travel to other Global sitesapproximately 15% of the time.
