Job Summary
We are seeking a Nurse to join our team As a Nurse, you will spend your time rooming pediatric patients with their chief complaint and vital signs. You will give injections as needed as well as perform diagnostic tests like strep tests, urinalysis, and flu tests. The ideal candidate has experience working with the pediatric population, has all the required licensing in the state, and works well independently.

Responsibilities
  • Charting in the EMR
  • Administer injections as directed
  • Make rounds with physicians as needed, offering personal experience with the patient and taking care notes
  • Assisting other nurses or nurses aids as needed to provide excellent care
  • Being a positive, supportive presence to our young patients
Qualifications
  • Active, valid nursing license within the state
  • Experience working with a pediatric population desired
  • Comfortability working independently and within a team
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure
