SEEKING:

SDC seeks Finish carpenters to work at multi-unit apartment remodeling projects in Palo Alto and Los Altos.

TASKS:

The following are some of the tasks (among others) the candidate would perform in a fast paced manner in order to meet budget goals:

Install wood crown molding & baseboard
Assemble and install kitchen & bathroom cabinetry
Install pre-hung doors & bi-fold doors
Install windows
Door trim
Install shelves
Patch drywall & apply orange peel texture
Demolition & clean up

PRIMARY JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5 years minimum experience
Extensive knowledge of power tools including table saw, skill saw, miter saw, shop saw, nail gun, etc.
Must own tools needed to perform job
Must provide references for solid work history
Own transportation

ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Must pass drug screening and background check
Able to lift 50 pounds
Work in a collaborative environment with team members

HOURS: M-F from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm
