Are you someone who loves helping people find the perfect product, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and thrives on being part of a fun, energetic team? Oasis Lawn and Garden is looking for a Sales Associate to join our crew

What Youll Do:


  • Greet customers with a smile and help them find exactly what they need (and maybe things they didnt know they needed).
  • Be a product expert on lawn equipment, garden tools, and outdoor dcor no plant knowledge required
  • Assist customers with product demonstrations and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • Keep our showroom looking sharp organize displays and make sure our inventory is always looking its best.
  • Work with the team to meet sales goals, celebrate wins, and create a positive shopping experience for everyone.
What Were Looking For:


  • Youre a people person who enjoys striking up conversations and offering helpful advice.
  • Youve got some experience in retail or sales (bonus points if its with outdoor or lawn equipment).
  • Youre a fast learner who can quickly become the go-to expert on our non-plant products.
  • Youre dependable, and you dont mind rolling up your sleeves to make sure the job gets done.
  • Youve got a passion for problem-solving and helping customers leave happy.
