Important Job Functions
- Assist SRM team in Preventing, Investigating and Managing (PIM) claims.
- Responsible for setting up all vehicle / equipment accident, incident and cargo claims in Claim System
- Responsible for submitting subrogation as needed.
- Report claims to insurance companies as needed and work with claims adjusters.
- Assist with accident/incident reviews and accident/incident review letters. Submit corrective action retraining as needed through LMS.
- Conduct driver safety evaluations as needed and report to Claims Manager (order current MVRs, etc.)
- Assist with incoming claims calls and emails and route to the appropriate claims administrator.

- Ability and willingness to learn and receive additional job training.
