Job Summary:
Lead instrumentation and controls engineering projects to enhance plant reliability, safety, and system protections. Collaborate with departments to optimize plant design, operation, and maintenance. Provide technical support and expertise to drive continuous improvement and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital upgrade projects and provide technical consultation and training
- Support plant operations, shutdowns, and root cause analysis
- Develop and maintain P&ID drawings, instrumentation tags, and control logic
- Provide on-call support and technical direction to team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering with 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, P&ID development, and automation/control systems
- Project management skills and understanding of controls system drawings
