Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and identify patient needs to develop detailed care plans.
- Adjust care plans to meet the desired health outcomes and respond dynamically to patient conditions.
- Educate patients, families, and the community, empowering them with knowledge for better health decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Utilize the latest healthcare technology and participate in the continuous improvement of patient care processes.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from an Accredited Nursing Program.
- Active and valid RN license.
- BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
- Strong understanding of medical-surgical nursing principles, healthcare regulations, and patient care protocols.
- Proficiency in electronic medical records, preferably with Epic systems.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $32 - $53, based on experience.
