What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations for shift production of Injection Molding and Die-casting

• Work closely with other supervisors and leads throughout the facility to communicate with and supervise departmental
  workers to form a strong, effective team

• Responsible for leading/directing the work of non-exempt personnel.

• Responsible for non-exempt performance reviews along with pay increase recommendations and status
  (promotion/demotion) changes

• Recommend and administer employee discipline

• Plan and schedule jobs in MII by due dates and manpower to achieve efficient work flow

• Provide clear concise communications to guide workers in achieving daily and long-term goals

• Accountable for accurate payroll for all shift employees, including PTO approval.

• Shows constant concern and action to ensure a safe work area

• Manage employee overtime based on schedule, sales, process, equipment, material and labor needs

• All other duties as assigned

Who you are

• High school diploma required
• Some college or post secondary education preferred
• Supervisory experience in fast paced manufacturing environment
• Administrative skills for tracking time/overtime and production orders
• Proven ability to make individual decisions with regard to professionalism
• Detail oriented
• Must have exceptional time management and planning skills
• Must be willing to work all shifts
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven ability to interact effectively with all internal and external customers
