SpeedPro Towson is looking for a dependable full-time Print Production Associate to produce large-format graphics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Operating and maintaining large-format printers, laminators, cutters and plotters
  • Outputting and Finishing roll-to-roll and direct-to-substrate graphics
  • Packaging finished products for customer pick-up, shipping or transportation to installation sites
  • Assisting or independently handling installation of vehicle graphics, wall murals, window graphics, general signage, etc.

Required Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player who can accept constructive criticism
  • Focus on quality assurance (ensuring the finished product is 100% correct before it leaves the studio)
  • Superior time management focus in order to achieve efficiencies and meet strict deadlines
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ideal candidates will also possess:

  • Experience with large-format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in graphic design (or similar program)
