WHAT WOULD YOU DO AS A MINISTRY COORDINATOR

Join us at Community Youth Ministries as a Full-Time Ministry Coordinator where you will play a crucial role in providing spiritual care, overseeing ministry programs, and fostering connections within our CYM community. You will support staff with Biblical counseling and prayer, oversee the RiverKids and Catalyst Programs, and establish connections with churches and Christian leaders in the Reedley community. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with external partners to organize events that promote spiritual growth and community engagement. Additionally, you will be instrumental in identifying community needs and developing new Christ-centered programs to meet those needs, as well as organizing parenting sessions to strengthen families. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A MINISTRY COORDINATOR

To excel as a Full Time Ministry Coordinator at Community Youth Ministries in Reedley, CA, candidates must possess a strong alignment with CYM's mission and vision, alongside a deep commitment to following Jesus Christ faithfully. The ability to integrate Biblical principles into programs and activities is essential, as is exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Being highly organized and detail-oriented is key to managing ministry programs effectively.

While a Bachelor's degree in related fields is preferred, having 3+ years of ministry experience and Christ-centered/Biblical counseling experience will be advantageous. Successful candidates will demonstrate a genuine desire to express their Christian faith commitment and have the ability to engage with others in a meaningful and impactful manner.
