A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
As a Customer Care Specialist, you arrive at the office each day determined to provide superb customer service to our clients and help keep our office running smoothly.
Your primary responsibilities:
Handle medium to high call volume managing inbound and outbound phone calls.
Develop and nurture customer relationships to retain customers, build new business/customers, meeting and exceeding customers' expectations, helping identify services we offer to solve their problems, etc.
Further build brand loyalty and recognition.
Oversee account management maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss of customers / closed accounts.
Understand Terminix Service, Inc services and products to clearly share with customers.
Offer customer solutions with products and services to meet their needs and resolve any pest and other issues.
General office duties, creating reports, assist with scheduling customer appointment, process payment and invoices
Utilize company vehicle to complete bank deposits, post office and other company business during the workday.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST
- Prior call center AND/OR customer service work experience.
- Demonstrated sales ability.
- Ability to discuss service and speak knowledgeably to customers.
- Ability to upsell services to customers.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal with difficult situations or customers to diffuse situation and help resolve the problem.
- Valid Driver's license required.
- Prefer prior Office experience, including billing, collections, sales, etc.
