You'll be in charge of the building's maintenance and preventative programs daily to ensure people's enjoyment, health, and safety. The ideal candidate for this position will be an outstanding communicator, a team player, and, above all, someone who enjoys engaging with new people. $19 - $23 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Take care of guest complaints regarding building maintenance and troubleshoot issues
  • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures
  • Keep an open line of communication with other team members and staff
  • Manage the hotel's machinery and preventive maintenance procedures
  • Operate various tools like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, drills, and other maintenance equipment
Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
  • Driver’s license and outstanding driving record is necessary
  • You will need 2-4 years of experience in a maintenance role
  • Experience with facilities management software is preferred
  • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills
